Regina Radlbeck-Ossmann

Regina Radlbeck-Ossmann (* 1958 ) is a German Roman Catholic theologian .

Life

From 1977 to 1983 she studied Catholic theology, English , philosophy and education at the Universities of Regensburg and Würzburg ( state exams in Catholic theology, English and pedagogy). From 1983 to 1987 she was a research assistant at the chair for dogmatics and the history of dogma with Adam Seigfried , Catholic-Theological Faculty of the University of Regensburg . After receiving his doctorate in 1988 on the subject of “The concept of the person in the contemporary trinity theology. An examination of the drafts of Jürgen Moltmann and Walter Kaspers “she was from 2000 to 2005 academic councilor at the chair for practical theology / religious education with Georg Hilger . After completing his habilitation 1996–2003 on the topic “From Papal Office to Petrine Service. In 2003 she was appointed private lecturer for the new version of an original and sustainable service to the unity of the Church ” . After being appointed to the Martin Luther University in Halle-Wittenberg in 2005 , she took over the chair for systematic theology / dogmatics.

Her main research interests are salvation and healing, papacy and Petrine ministry, the new question about Mary, the mother of Jesus, theology and art, saints as role models in faith, children's theology and the diaconate of women.
