The Montagnes region has been one of the four regions of the canton of Neuchâtel in Switzerland since January 1, 2018 and is used for statistical purposes and as electoral regions for the canton's Grand Council (French: Grand Conseil). It covers the geographic area of ​​the former La Chaux-de-Fonds and Le Locle districts .
