Reihendorf (Röttenbach)

Reihendorf is a deserted area in the municipality of Röttenbach in the Erlangen-Höchstadt district in Middle Franconia .

geography

The hamlet , consisting of three residential buildings, was immediately surrounded by arable land and grassland. In the north the field was called Tiefenäcker , in the east Lindenäcker , in the south Egertenäcker and in the west Weyerleutenäcker . Today there is only an outbuilding of house number 2. Immediately north of the village flows the Hirtenbach, which feeds the Mühlweiher , the Brunnschlagteich and the Alten See and flows as the left tributary of the Regnitz near Hausen .

history

Towards the end of the 18th century there were three properties in Reihendorf (two courtyards, a shepherd's house). The high court was exercised by the Bamberg center forchheim . The sole landlord was the Winklerische Herrschaft Hemhofen .

As part of the community edict, Reihendorf was assigned to the Röttenbach tax district, formed in 1811 . In 1818 the rural community Röttenbach was formed, to which the place belonged.
