Reiner Andreas Neuschäfer

Reiner Andreas Neuschäfer (born October 1, 1967 in Cologne-Kalk ; † November 16, 2016 in Grefrath ) was a German Protestant theologian , religious educator , pastor and author.

Life

Neuschäfer attended the Cusanus High School in Erkelenz . In 1987 he began studying Protestant theology . He studied in Krelingen (spiritual armament center) near Walsrode as well as in Erlangen , Prague , Mainz and Wuppertal . He was vicar and pastor for employment in Krefeld-Uerdingen , Gummersbach and Bergneustadt . From 2000 to 2008 he was the school representative for Protestant religious instruction in southern Thuringia. He then lived in Erkelenz and Grefrath . In 2010 he was at the University of Erfurt with the work: “Children's Bible Canon? Children's Bibles as Selected Bibles between 1955 and 2006 ”.

Services

Neuschäfer wrote and published between 2002 and 2016, in particular on religious education topics. He published on children's Bibles , children's Bible weeks , images of God , mourning and Christian spirituality . He wrote numerous biographical writings and scientific lexicon articles z. B. about Matthias Claudius , Anne de Vries , Paul Gerhardt , August Hermann Francke , Dietrich Bonhoeffer , Karlmann Beyschlag , Martin Luther , Elise Ingetraut Ludolphy , Ernst Lerle , Helmut Lamparter and Paul Gerhard Aring . He reviewed in professional journals. He wrote books with study materials for religious education. His books on a pastoral school culture (That burns on my soul.
