Reinhard von Hacht (born October 21, 1943 in Hamburg ) is a German actor .

Life

Reinhard von Hacht received his acting skills after graduating from high school at the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen, where he trained in acting as well as pantomime. Von Hacht had permanent engagements at the Dortmund Theater , the Wuppertaler Bühnen and the Hamburg Thalia Theater . Since 1985 he has worked as a freelancer and played a. a. at the Hamburg State Opera , at the Alten Schauspielhaus Stuttgart , at the Theater am Neumarkt Zurich , at the State Theaters in Hanover and Oldenburg or at the Theater an der Kö in Düsseldorf. In addition, he was a frequent guest on tour stages and appeared at the Störtebeker Festival . Von Hacht was Gregers in Die Wildente , Thorsten Stockmann in Ein Volksfeind and Pastor Manders in Gespenster (all by Henrik Ibsen ), Judge Walter in Kleist's Der Zerbrochne Krug , Polonius in Hamlet or Baron von Burleigh in Maria Stuart . In 2015 he played Death in a performance of Jedermann by Hugo von Hofmannsthal in the Georgenkirche in Wismar .

Occasionally Reinhard von Hacht also works for film and television. After his comrade debut in Peter Zadek's first movie Ich bin ein Elefant, Madame in 1969, he had guest roles in a Tatort episode until the end of the 1990s and played in series such as Hamburg Transit , Drei Damen vom Grill or Großstadtrevier .

In addition, Reinhard von Hacht is also active as a radio play speaker in NDR productions . He lives in Hamburg.
