Rex Lee
Rex Lee (born January 7, 1969 in Warren , Ohio ) is an American actor .
life and career
Rex Lee was born in January 1969 in the small town of Warren , Ohio . He is of Korean descent and grew up in Massachusetts and in California from the age of nine . He attended private schools from middle school until he was accepted at the Oberlin Conservatory of Music in Oberlin . After studying for two years, Lee switched from music to theater and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Oberlin College . He made his acting debut in 1994 in a guest role in the series Always Trouble with Dave , as a ticket taker in a cinema. He became better known from 2004 with his role of Lloyd Lee in HBO's Entourage . For this role, he and the rest of the cast were nominated three times in a row for the Screen Actors Guild Award in the category Best Acting Ensemble in a TV Series - Comedy . By the end of the series in 2011, he was seen in 79 of the 96 episodes in the series. During this time he played a major role in Shades of Ray (2008). Following Entourage , he got an important role as Mr. Wolfe in the ABC comedy series Suburgatory . After two seasons as a leading actor, his contract was not extended for the third season due to budget cuts.
Since June 2014 he has been playing one of the leading roles alongside Emily Osment in the ABC Family comedy series Young & Hungry .
