Rhys Gerran Lloyd, Baron Lloyd of Kilgerran CDB QC JP ( August 12, 1907 , † January 30, 1991 ) was a British lawyer and politician of the Liberal Party who, in 1973, was a life peer under the Life Peerages Act 1958 of the House of Lords has been.

Life

Lloyd graduated after school studying at Selwyn College of the University of Cambridge and then took a job as a teacher at the Bembridge School on the Isle of Wight , where he was involved in numerous organizations dedicated to the social philosopher John Ruskin related.
