Richard Hepp

Richard Hepp (born January 23, 1872 in Pforzheim ; † August 12, 1929 in Lahr ) was a German district administrator .

Life

Born as the son of a factory owner, Hepp studied law in Heidelberg after attending high school in Pforzheim . During his studies in 1890 he became a member of the Vineta Heidelberg fraternity . In 1890/91 he became vice sergeant in the 2nd Baden Grenadier Regiment "Kaiser Wilhelm I." No. 110 , in 1895 a lieutenant in the reserve , in 1899 in the Landwehr and in 1910 a first lieutenant . After his legal clerkship , which he completed at the Pforzheim District Court , he became a bailiff in Durlach in 1902 . In 1905 he went to Heidelberg, where in 1907 he became senior bailiff . In 1908 he was appointed head of the Engen district office , and in 1914 in Müllheim . From 1919 to 1926 he was a senior official or district administrator in the district of Müllheim, then until 1929 in the district of Lahr .
