The Riley 2 1/2 was a Riley passenger car .

description

It was an upper mid-range vehicle that Riley brought out in 1937 as an addition to the smaller 1 1/2 models and successor to the hapless Riley 8/90 .

It had an overhead four - cylinder in - line engine with a displacement of 2443 cm³ and an output of 82 bhp (60 kW). The engine was equipped with an SU carburetor and accelerated the roadster with a 2946 mm wheelbase up to 130 km / h.

In 1939 production was stopped due to the war. The successors are the larger RM models from 1946.
