The Rivière Jolicœur is a tributary of the James Bay in the Jamésie region in the western part of the Canadian province of Québec .

The Rivière Jolicœur rises 50 km southwest of the Réservoir Opinaca . It runs south of the Rivière Eastmain and north of the Rivière Pontax in a predominantly westerly direction through the landscape of the Canadian Shield . After about 30 km of the river at km 326 (crosses ) west of Lac Mirabelli the national road Route de la Baie James . In the lower reaches it takes its most important tributary, the Rivière Jolicœur Nord-Est , on the right side. The Rivière Jolicœur has a length of 126 km. Its catchment area covers 2642 km².
