Rivière Manouane is a 154 km long river in the Saguenay – Lac-Saint-Jean administrative region in the Canadian province of Québec .

It drains the lake Lac Manouane and flows mainly in a southerly direction until it meets the Rivière Péribonka . The outflow is regulated by the damming of Lac Manouane. Furthermore, part of the water (30.8 m³ / s) is diverted to the Réservoir Pipmuacan and the Rivière Betsiamites .
