Rob Ruijgh (born November 12, 1986 in Heerlen ) is a former Dutch cyclist .

Rob Ruijgh won the Giro della Lunigiana junior tour in 2004 . The next year he drove as a U23 driver for the Belgian Continental Team Amuzza.com-Davo . There he won the second stage at the OZ Wielerweekend and was third in the overall ranking. He then switched to Rabobank Continental , the farm team of the Dutch ProTeams Rabobank .

At the end of the 2009 season, Ruijgh drove as a trainee with the Professional Continental Team Vacansoleil , where he received a regular contract in 2010. As of 2011, the team received a license as ProTeam owned. Ruijgh contested four “Grand Tours” for Vacansoliel , with his best place being 21st in the 2011 Tour de France .

After Vacansoleil was closed at the end of the 2013 season, Ruijgh moved to the Vastgoedservice-Golden Palace Continental Team in 2014 , for which he won the Philippe Van Coningsloo Memorial . In 2017 he won the overall ranking of the Tour of Iran for the Tarteletto-Isorex team and ended his cycling career with this team at the end of the 2018 season.
