Robert Gray (actor)
Robert Gray (born February 10, 1945 in Tulsa , Oklahoma , † October 31, 2013 there ) was an American actor .
Life
Gray made his feature film debut in 1978 in Irving Rapper's drama Reborn, starring alongside Dean Jones and Anne Francis . The following year he played the role of Red West in John Carpenter's biopic Elvis . In the early 1980s, he received the recurring guest role of Cliff Willoughby on the sitcom Harper Valley PTA , which he played in seven episodes. During the 1980s, he made guest appearances on a number of successful series, including The A-Team , Trio with Four Fists, and A Just in Case . Only occasionally did he get hold of other feature film roles, he played a major supporting role in the science fiction film UFOria . He ended his career in 1987 and died in 2013 at the age of 68 in his native city of Tulsa.
