Rogers Writers' Trust Fiction Prize

The Rogers Writers 'Trust Fiction Prize is a Canadian literary prize awarded annually by Rogers Communications and the Writers' Trust of Canada . The prize was first awarded in 1997. The award goes to the author of a novel or a collection of short stories who is classified by a jury of three people as the most important work by a Canadian author of the respective year. The winner will receive 50,000 Canadian dollars, the other four nominated finalists will each receive 5000 Canadian dollars (as of 2019).
