Rotraud Schindler (born August 29, 1940 in Berlin ) is a German actress and comedian .

Life

Rotraud Schindler left high school at the age of 15 and studied at the Max Reinhardt School in Berlin . She is co-founder of the cabaret Die Wühlmäuse and met her future husband Dieter Hallervorden during her training . The couple has two children: Dieter jun. (* 1963) and Nathalie (* 1966). They divorced in the mid-1980s.

Rotraud Schindler became known primarily as her husband's sketch partner in the comedy series Nonstop Nonsens (1975–1980). But also in later series she played alongside Dieter Hallervorden, for example in 1985 in Didi - The Subtenant (together with daughter Nathalie Hallervorden ) or in 1989 in The Didi Show .

In the series Weiberwirtschaft she was seen in the role of Liz and in The Moon Shines also for lodgers as Frau Grünler.
