Auto Fritze is a family series from the early 1990s that was broadcast by ARD and was first broadcast from January 1993 to September 1994. The focus was on the story of the Fritze auto repair shop and two different brothers.

content

This series is all about the car and the family life of the Fritzes. Otto Fritze, the older of two brothers, is a real fan of vintage cars and works day and night in his auto repair shop for old cars. His brother Konrad, on the other hand, who runs his own car showroom, prefers vehicles with more luxurious equipment.

There is one thing that Konrad envies his older brother: his wife Marianne, since she is "the woman in all cases" in his opinion. She is usually the only one who keeps track - in all situations. But as different as the Fritzens are, when it comes down to it, the family sticks together like bad luck and brimstone. Then the dissimilar brothers complement each other perfectly and form an extremely successful team.
