Alles im Eimer is the title of a German movie that was produced in 1981 and belongs to the series of "Didi" films by the main actor Dieter Hallervorden .

The inventor Leo Bergert is in trouble. The demonstration of a new energy-saving motor that he had developed, including a new type of fuel, was a total failure. Instead of functioning, the engine explodes and with it Bergert's dream of a great career, fame, money and recognition. Instead, Bergert has to visit his wealthy aunt Effie again, who previously supported his research projects financially. But the rich aunt doesn't want to hear anything about another injection of money. Leo is facing ruin. Numerous creditors are sitting on his neck who want to finally collect their debts. To make matters worse, Bergert meets his old friend Norbert in his apartment, who is sleepy and drunk at ten o'clock in the morning and has stayed with him. But Norbert is not alone, but has taken a prostitute with him who is lying naked in bed and demanding 350 DM wages. But then he is finally stunned when a young lady shows up, takes off her skirt and jacket and begins to sing and dance in his apartment. Norbert had told her that he and Leo Bergert would found a show company and possibly hire her. The whole drama is rounded off by the fact that Bergert's fiancée Franziska shows up. All attempts to hide the two women from Franziska and to throw them out of the apartment fail; she discovers the two scantily clad women and senses a betrayal by her fiancé. Furious, she leaves the apartment, terminates her love for Bergert and leaves him in despair.

After this last catastrophe, Leo Bergert decides to end his life by suicide . But even here his losing streak does not tear off. He fails to kill himself. But he gets to know the petty criminal Max, whom he assigns to kill him the following day. But just one day later the whole situation changes suddenly: Aunt Effie wants to continue to finance him, and Franziska let Norbert convince her that she had wrongly accused Leo. But the hit man has been ordered, and Larry, the pimp , and the bailiff are also lurking .
