action

Willi Kritz earns his living as a night watchman and corpse washer at the German Pathological Institute at the East Berlin Clinic. In doing so, he has found another source of income: he steals pathological exhibits and smuggles them disguised as a Berlin bear to West Berlin. His buyer is Frundsberg, the handover always takes place in his American sledge .

Lilo Berger, head of the credit department at Hippo-Bank, is addicted to gambling and gets money from her bank by taking out loans for a non-existent Dr. Tassilo Tetzlaff approved.
