The Rottebach is a flowing body of water in the area of the town of Bockenem in the Hildesheim district in southern Lower Saxony .
The approximately 5 km long stream has its source northwest of Bültum on / east of the K 315 . It flows in an easterly direction, crosses under the B 243 south of Nette and flows through Werder . It flows into the Nette , a tributary of the Innerste , on the northeastern outskirts of Werder .
