The Route 47 or R 47 is a highway in the Sultanate of Oman . The highway leads from Salala , the capital of the Dhofar region , through the rugged Jabal-Qamar mountain range to the state border with Yemen in Sarfayt. In Yemen, the road continues as Route 100 .
