The Route 13 or R 13 is a highway in the Sultanate of Oman . It connects the port city of Barka with the city of Rustaq inland.

Course in the Janub al-Batina region

The road begins in Barka and heads south from here. Shortly after Barka the coastal highway Route 1 is crossed and further south the Muscat Expressway . After 22 kilometers, the small town of Nachl is on Route 13. After 33 kilometers through the mountainous inland, the town of Al-Awabi is on the left side of the R13. After 12 kilometers, the provincial capital begins Rustaq and after a further 4 kilometers through the city, the route ends at 13 Center Rustaq R / A . Here the main road branches off into the center and Route 11 towards Miskin.

The road is currently (as of 2017) between Barka and Nakhl like a motorway, i.e. H. expanded to four lanes.
