Life
Roy Edward Campbell received on 26 May 2007, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
Pope Francis appointed him Titular Bishop of Ucres and Auxiliary Bishop in Washington on March 8, 2017 . The Archbishop of Washington, Donald Cardinal Wuerl , donated him episcopal ordination on April 21 of the same year . Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Memphis , Martin David Holley , and Auxiliary Bishop Barry Christopher Knestout .
