Sârbi or Sîrbi [ ˈsɨrbʲ ] ( Hungarian Alsótótfalu ) is a municipality in Bihor County in western Romania .
It is located in the Kreisch area at an altitude of about 178 m above sea level. The Hungarian- Romanian border runs about twenty kilometers west of Sârbi . The place Sârbi is 36 kilometers northeast of the district capital Oradea ( Großwardein ).
The name of the village Sârbi is synonymous with the Romanian name for the Serbs .
