Séléna Janicijevic (born July 23, 2002 in Nogent-sur-Marne ) is a French tennis player .

Career

Janicijevic started playing tennis at the age of six and prefers clay courts. So far she has mainly played tournaments of the ITF Women's World Tennis Tour and the ITF Junior Circuit.

She played her first professional tournament in Clermont-Ferrand in September 2018 , Janicijevic won her first game on the ITF World Tennis Tour in March 2019 in Gonesse against Elixane Lechemia .

In 2019 she received a wildcard from the French Tennis Association for the main round of the women's singles at the French Open .
