Sabine Theadora Ruh
Sabine Theadora Ruh (* in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German business journalist , book author , speechwriter and ghostwriter .
Life
She completed her school education from 1968 to 1981 with the Abitur. Afterwards, Ruh studied geology at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main from 1981 to 1989. Parallel to his doctorate as Dr. phil nat. at Fritz F. Steininger she worked after an internship at Ökotest a . a. as an editor at the headquarters of Dresdner Bank .
In mid-1996 she started her own business as a business journalist and has since written a. a. for Die Welt , Die Stiftung , Hessischer Rundfunk , FAZ , FTD and Handelsblatt , mainly on the subjects of finance, export / medium-sized companies and foundation topics. Ruh has published books on finance, business and marketing topics and holds workshops on these topics. Ruh is a member of the advisory board of the Frankfurt Maecenia Foundation for women in science and culture.
Ruh is a member of the German Association of Journalists , the Federal Association of German Foundations , the German Children's Hospice Association , the Serviceclub Zonta Frankfurt , the Association of Speechwriters in the German Language - 2016 to 2018 in the Presidium of the VRdS, in the Federal Association of German Press Spokesmen and in the Texttreff network . She works in Frankfurt am Main. Ruh is married and has two children.
Awards
She has received several journalism awards. For the book “ Plusminus Ratgeber Altersvorsorge” she received the Future Prize for Retirement Provision from the German Institute for Retirement Provision . In 2013 she received the 2013 Media Prize from Aachen Munich. She was selected for "Die 500", excellent women in the German-speaking journalism, publishing, PR and media landscape. In the magazine "Journalistin 2014" 77 good reasons (women) she was represented on the cover and in the portrait.
