Sabine Thomas

Sabine Thomas (* in Olching ) is a German journalist , presenter and writer .

Life

Sabine Thomas studied at the LMU Munich , she also completed an apprenticeship at the Bavarian Academy for Advertising and Marketing. She worked as a freelance editor and presenter for youth music magazine programs for film, radio and television and became known as a television presenter for music programs (on SWF , musicbox and Tele 5 ) and radio DJane.

She mainly writes short crime novels that have appeared in various anthologies . A collection of his own crime stories was published in 2002 under the title Mordsgeläne . She made her novel debut in 2000 with the youth book Yaizas Insel .

She also wrote scripts for the ARD crime series Spur & Partner and, together with the photographers Wolfgang Heilemann and Fryderyk Gabowicz, published several picture text volumes on music stars such as ABBA , The Sweet , Bay City Rollers , AC / DC and Robbie Williams .

She has been organizing the Munich crime festival since 2003 and is the initiator of the Munich Children's Crime Prize (writing competition).

Sabine Thomas lives in Munich and on the Ammersee.
