Sabrina Schmutzler (born October 7, 1984 in Gera ) is a German soccer player .

Career

In the club

Schmutzler started playing football at FC Thuringia Weida - together with boys - and got to FF USV Jena via 1. FC Gera 03 , for which she was active until 2003 . With the championship in the 2nd Bundesliga South she succeeded with the club the promotion to the Bundesliga , in which she was on September 7, 2008 (1st matchday), in the 2-3 defeat in the home game against Hamburger SV not only her Debut gave, but with the hits to the interim 1-0 in the 4th minute and the intermittent 2-2 in the 61st minute of the game, they immediately scored their first Bundesliga goals. In February 2015, Schmutzler ended her active Bundesliga career, which until then had scored 88 Bundesliga games and 10 goals for USV Jena. In the 2017/2018 season, Schmutzler started with the new women's team at FC Carl Zeiss Jena after a two-year baby break .
