Sadschawka ( Ukrainian and Russian Саджавка , Polish Sadzawka ) is a village in the center of the Ukrainian Oblast Ivano-Frankivsk with about 3400 inhabitants (2001).
The village in the east of the historical landscape of Galicia , first mentioned in writing in 1492, was the administrative center of the district council of the same name in the east of Nadwirna Rajon , to which the village of Kubayivka ( Кубаївка , ⊙ ) with about 50 inhabitants belonged, on September 6, 2018 the village became part of the newly founded municipality Kolomyja (Коломийська міська громада / Kolomyjska miska hromada ).
Sadschawka is located on the banks of the Prut and on the territorial road T – 09–05 25 km southeast of the Rajon center Nadvirna and 50 km south of the Oblast center Ivano-Frankivsk . The village borders on the urban-type Lantschyn settlement in the west and has a train station on the Delyatyn – Stepanivka railway line .
