Saint-Ouen-des-Champs is a village and a former French community with 306 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Eure in the region of Normandy . It belonged to the arrondissement of Bernay and the canton of Bourg-Achard (until 2015: canton of Quillebeuf-sur-Seine ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Aubinois .
With effect from January 1, 2019, the former municipalities of Fourmetot , Saint-Ouen-des-Champs and Saint-Thurien were merged to form the Commune nouvelle Le Perrey and have the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality . The administrative headquarters are located in Fourmetot.

Saint-Ouen-des-Champs is located about 35 kilometers east-southeast of Le Havre . Saint-Ouen-des-Champs is surrounded by the villages of Sainte-Opportune-la-Mare in the north and north-west, Saint-Thurien in the north and north-east, Fourmetot in the east and south-east, Manneville-sur-Risle in the south, Saint-Mards- de-Blacarville in the southwest and Bouquelon in the west and northwest.
