In the place you can find one of the famous enclosed parishes of Brittany. The most impressive thing about the parish of Saint-Thégonnec is certainly the two-story ossuary with Corinthian half-columns, which was built between 1676 and 1682. In contrast, the Calvaire shows only about 40 figures; the scenes depicted are the Passion and the Resurrection. The story of St. Thégonnec is depicted in the base. For a long time there was a competition for the most important enclosed parish , especially with the neighboring parishes of Guimiliau and Lampaul-Guimiliau .
