Sainte-Alauzie ( Senta Alàusia in Occitan ) is a town and commune déléguée in the southern French municipality of Castelnau Montratier-Sainte Alauzie with 108 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Lot department in the Occitania region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ).

With effect from January 1, 2017, Sainte-Alauzie merged with the municipality of Castelnau-Montratier to form the Commune nouvelle Castelnau Montratier-Sainte Alauzie, where it has the status of a commune déléguée. It belonged to the Arrondissement of Cahors and the canton of Marches du Sud-Quercy (until 2015 Castelnau-Montratier ).

Sainte-Alauzie is located on the banks of the Lendou River in the old cultural landscape of the Quercy , about 35 kilometers north of Montauban .
