The Salereine is a river in France that runs in the Cher department in the Center-Val de Loire region . It rises near the hamlet of Le Petit Poisson , in the northern municipality of Menetou-Râtel , generally drains to the northwest and flows into the Sauldre as a right tributary after around 20 kilometers in the municipality of Vailly-sur- Sauldre .
