Samia Little Elk (* 1979 in Berlin ; née Ouail ) is a German voice actress and doctor .

biography

Samia Little Elk is the daughter of Monika and Kihal Ouail. In 2001 she made her dubbing debut in the series No Mercy for Dad as the voice of Arielle Kebbel . In 2003 she set Haylie Duff to music as Stevie Marx in The Heavenly Joan and the presenter Fearne Cotton in the handicraft series Finger Tips . This was followed by other small roles in American series, such as in Veronica Mars as Debbie Mayer, in Power Rangers SPD as Morgana and in the 2010 film Order Rache as Melissa Conway. In The Tribe , she also spoke Jennyfer Jewell as Ellie.

Little Elk also acted as a spokeswoman in animated series, including as Nori in Barbie Fairytopia and the witch Stormy in Winx Club , in which she was replaced by Bianca Krahl in 2011 . She has also appeared in a few anime series, including one of the leading roles in Azumanga Daioh . In the first episode of the Detective Conan anime, she dubbed Reiko and in Angelic Layer Chitose Tanaka. In 2007, Little Elk voiced the protagonist Lucy, also known as Nyū, in the psychological thriller anime Elfen Lied . Since 2009 she has been speaking in the Neon Genesis Evangelion films Rei Ayanami, which is voiced by Megumi Hayashibara in the original version .

In 2006 she enrolled at the University of Berlin a dissertation on the impact of sleep deprivation on psychomotor performance of surgeons and received the 2007 Promotion to Doctor of Medicine .

She is co-founder of the media company SAMIVO media and a sleeping practice in Berlin.
