Samuel Holloway

Samuel Holloway (* 1981 in Auckland ) is a New Zealand composer .

Life

Holloway studied with John Elmsly and Eve de Castro-Robinson at the University of Auckland . He has taught at the University of Auckland and currently teaches at the Unitec Institute of Technology in Auckland. From 2007 to 2008 he was composer in residence at the Lilburn Residence in Thorndon. He is a member of the Composers Association of New Zealand. His music was u. a. Performed by the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra, New Zealand Trio, Luxembourg Sinfonietta, Stroma New Music Ensemble and 175 East.
