San Andres is a Filipino municipality in the province of Romblon , in the administrative region IV-B, Mimaropa. It has 15,589 inhabitants (August 1, 2015 census). It is classified as a fifth income class community in the Philippines and as partially urbanized .
San Andres is located in the northwest of the island of Tablas , on the coast of the Sibuyan Sea . The topography of the municipality is characterized by flat, undulating terrain. Their neighboring communities are Calatrava in the north, Odiongan in the south, and San Agustin in the east.
