San Antonio is a municipality in the Philippines in the Northern Samar Province on Dalupiri Island . It has 9058 inhabitants (August 1, 2015 census) who live in 10 barangays . The community is described as village and belongs to the fifth income bracket of the communities in the Philippines. The island of Dalupiri is located at the entrance of the San Bernardino Strait in the Samar Sea off the island of Samar to the west. San Antonio can be reached by ferry via San Isidro or Victoria , both of which are on the Maharlika Highway . From Victoria the boat trip takes about 30 minutes.
