San Lino is a parish church and titular deaconry on the border of the Roman quarters Aurelio , Primavalle and Trionfale on Via della Pineta Sacchetti. The parish borders on the Parco regional urbano del Pineto and is located in the western part of the 23rd prefecture of the diocese of Rome .

history

The parish was established on February 22, 1957 by decree of Cardinal Vicar Clemente Micara of San Filippo Neri alla Pineta Sacchetti and is looked after by the clergy of the Diocese of Rome. In the beginning, the church was housed in a building designed by Renato Costa , together with the rectory and office. The church planned by Renato Costa was built in the late 1990s. The consecration was carried out by Cardinal Vicar Camillo Ruini on September 23, 1999.

Since November 24, 2007 the church is titled diakonia .
