San Pedro de Bolpebra ( also for short : Bolpebra) is a town in the Pando department in the lowlands of the South American Andean state of Bolivia . The name "Bolpebra" is a suitcase word and is made up of the first letters of the three countries Bolivia , Peru and Brazil , which meet directly to the west of the town at the three-country corner.
