Sarah Thonig
Sarah Agrippine Thonig (born February 16, 1992 in Munich ) is a German theater and film actress .
Life
Thonig first played in the school theater , took part in amateur theater performances in the Dachau City Theater and attended various acting workshops. As an amateur, she worked on a theater project with disabled people and appeared in various theater performances in the Ludwig-Thoma-Haus in Dachau from 2008 to 2010 . In the summer of 2011 she attended the theater summer academy at the Schauspiel München vocational school . Later (2015) she also received camera and film acting lessons from Teresa Harder .
After graduating from high school, from 2011 to 2014 she was a member of the young ensemble of the Residenztheater Munich (so-called "Junge Resi") for three years , where she received acting, dance and singing lessons. At "Junge Resi" she played in performances in Munich Marstall two main roles that Ingrid in Rainer Werner Fassbinder's Katzelmacher and Lou in DNA by Dennis Kelly . She was also part of the ensemble of Spring Awakening - Live fast, die young , a modern spring awakening version that was directed and edited by Nuran David Calis .
In 2003 Sarah Thonig stood in front of the camera for the first time at the age of 11 and since 2012 she has appeared again in various television films and series. Thonig has been part of the main cast of the ZDF series Die Rosenheim-Cops since 2015 . At the side of Ursula Maria Burkhart (as her colleague Marianne Grasegger) Thonig plays Christin Lange, one of the two receptionists at the Rosenheim police station.
In her spare time, Thonig was active as a cheerleader at times . Thonig lives in Munich .
