Schacha is a district of the city of Hemau in the Upper Palatinate district of Regensburg . About 65 residents are registered in Schacha (as of August 2011). Schacha was part of Hohenschambach until 1978 and was incorporated into Hemau together with this place.

location

The village is about five kilometers east of Hemau and about 25 kilometers west of Regensburg . It is approx. 10 km to the connection to the federal motorway 3 in the east. The village is about 500 m above sea level.

Architectural monuments

The Chapel of St. Joseph from the 17th century is considered a monument. The farmhouses Schacha 4 and Schacha 12 from the 19th century are also considered architectural monuments .

economy

There is a small inn in Schacha, several agricultural contractors and a master tiled stove manufacturer.
