V. of 25,000 € was made as a diploma film.

Reception and commentary

The film provocatively questions what to love really means. Isn't it always associated with sacrifice and oppression? One is tempted to find one's identity in a world that one does not belong to. The art of film shows the viewer a game about sexual identity, desire and possession. Uisenma emphasized: “For me it is not about provocation, but about the most accurate representation of nudity and intimacy.” She says about her figure: “She behaves like a macho. She is not sentimental. She just takes what she desires. Rough, direct and honest. You don't know that from a woman. "

“A brave, uncompromising film by Mongolia-born Uisenma Borchu. As a screenwriter, director, editor and leading actress, she is the catalyst of her first film, a unique vision of a cultural clash over three generations. "

- Fipresci Prize of the International Association of Film Critics 2015

“Emotional debut film by a young German-Mongolian that tells the turmoil between two worlds from within. Two women fight with and for each other and both for the love of a child. "

- Ulrich Sonnenschein, epd film
