Schewtschenkowe ( Ukrainian Шевченкове ; Russian Шевченково Schewtschenkowo ) is a village in the east of the Ukrainian Kiev Oblast with about 450 inhabitants (2006).

The village, named after the Ukrainian national poet Taras Shevchenko , forms its own district council in the east of the Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky district .

Shevchenko is on the T – 10–31 territorial road . The district center of Perejaslav is 26 km to the west and the city of Jahotyn is 35 km to the north of the village. To the west of the village is the former Schewtschenkowe airfield with a 400-meter-long runway (07/25).
