LEDA / PGC 32784 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sm in the constellation Ursa Major at the northern sky . It is around 81 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of around 9,000 light years .
Together with NGC 3445 it forms the gravitationally bound galaxy pair Arp 24 or KPG 256 and together with NGC 3440 and NGC 3458 the NGC 3445 group ( LGG 226 ).
