UGC 10770 = Arp 32 is an interacting pair of galaxies in the constellation Dragon. It is estimated to be 58 million light years from the Milky Way .
Halton Arp organized his catalog of unusual galaxies into groups according to purely morphological criteria. This galaxy belongs to the class spiral galaxies with the shape of an integral sign (Arp catalog) .
