The Schlegelalm is a pasture in Lattengebirge in the field of district forestry St. Zeno the town of Bad Reichenhall . The Schlegelalm is divided into the Lower and Upper Schlegelalm .
The Kaser of the Untere Schlegelalm is under monument protection and is registered under the number D-1-72-114-330 in the Bavarian monument list.
Building description
When the Lower Kaser Schlegelalm is a ground-floor überkämmten log construction on a broken stone base with flat gabled roof and crowd shingles . The core of the building probably dates from the 19th century.
Others
The Schlegelalm is not to be confused with the hosted alpine hut in the Schlegelmulde , which is not far from the summit of the Predigtstuhl and serves as an excursion restaurant for the passengers of the Predigtstuhlbahn .

The Kaser of the Untere Schlegelalm is located in the immediate vicinity of the valley station of the chairlift of the forest run of the former ski area on the Predigtstuhl at an altitude of 1295 m above sea level. NN . The Obere Schlegelalm is located a little further east at an altitude of 1425 m above sea level. NN . Anyone who takes the demanding Waxriessteig to the summit of the Predigtstuhl will also pass the Schlegelalm. Not far from Schlegelalm, the Waxriessteig joins the forest road that leads from Baumgarten along the Röthelbach to the valley station of the chairlift.
