Neuegling Castle

The Neuegling Castle (also Neu-Egling Castle ) in Neuegling in the municipality of Murnau am Staffelsee in the Upper Bavarian district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen was built by Carl Hocheder 1910-13.

It is owned by the Poschinger von Camphausen family and was the location of the ZDF series Herzflimmern - Die Klinik am See .

The castle is described in the Bavarian Monument List (No. D-1-80-124-122) as follows:

"Two - storey, neo-baroque mansard hipped roof building with arbors , dwarf houses , convex central risalit , stucco decor and a tower to the north, by Carl Hocheder, marked 1910–1913."
