history

In 1949 Fritz Beck founded a tax consultancy firm in Achern . Tax consultant Wolfgang Schultze joined the firm in 1969 and finally the legal and tax consultancy Schultze & Braun was established in 1975 with lawyer Eberhard Braun as another partner. In the 1980s the firm worked in bankruptcy administration in particular and had 50 employees ten years after it was founded. The law firm was initially only active in Central Baden, from 1980 in all of Baden-Württemberg , and later also in Bavaria and Saxony . Today Schultze & Braun is a group of companies with around 700 employees, which is represented with over 40 locations in Germany and five branches in other European countries in Great Britain , France and Italy .

Schultze & Braun is one of the most frequently appointed insolvency administrators in Germany and has been leading the ranking of insolvency law firms in the field of corporate insolvencies in Germany for several years.
