Schwabeck is a district of the town of Treuenbrietzen in the Potsdam-Mittelmark district in Brandenburg .
The place is on the county road 6921. The B 2 runs not far to the west . The border with the federal state of Saxony-Anhalt runs not far to the south.
On July 1, 1950, Schwabeck was incorporated into Feldheim . Feldheim was incorporated into Treuenbrietzen on December 31, 2002.
