The Sdwysch ( Ukrainian Здвиж / Russian Sdwisch ) is a 145 km long right tributary of the Teteriw in the Zhytomyr Oblast and the Kiev Oblast in Ukraine . Its catchment area is 1775 km².

The source of the Sdvysh lies in the swamps near the village of Osera ( Osera ) in the Rajn Brussyliw in the Zhytomyr Oblast. The river, which is up to 20 m wide and a maximum of 2 m deep, has a trapezoidal, 4 km wide and up to 25 m deep valley. The river with a gradient of 0.59 m per kilometer flows into the Teteriv near the village of Prybirsk in Ivankiv Raion . On the bank of the Sdwysch are the urban-type settlements Brussyliw , Borodjanka , Babynzi , Klawdijewo-Tarasowe and Makariw .
