Babynzi

Babynzi ( Ukrainian Бабинці ; Russian Бабинцы Babinzy ) is an urban-type settlement in the Ukrainian Oblast of Kiev with about 2,700 inhabitants (2014).

The village, first mentioned in writing in 1552, is located in Borodjanka district on the right bank of the Sdwysch ( Ukrainian Здвиж ), a 145 km long tributary of the Teteriv and has had the status of an urban-type settlement since 1938.

Babynzi is located 5 km north of the M 07 trunk road between the Borodjanka district center, 15 km to the west, and Kiev-Gostomel Airport .
